The attention of detail was a 10 out of 10 and nothing was overlooked by this team of 3 that cater to your every need for 3+ hours. Oh and the food, while not even the best part of the evening, was superb. Local, fresh, creative, full of unique flavors and designed specifically for us (the menu changes at least once a week depending on what is caught/harvested that day).

We learned so much from them & enjoyed tasting authentic Caribbean foods new to us! We chose to leave the menu up to them & they did not disappoint! They made everything from scratch including the paper they printed the menu on & beautiful pottery for our dinner! I really can’t praise them enough, each having their own part & doing an exquisite job while engaging & entertaining us! We WILL definitely do this again!!’’
