What do I need to supply for a private dinner?

Chellamella will provide plates, cutlery and napkins for your event. Pots, pans and everything needed to cook will also be brought. ‘We would appreciate some fridge and freezer space to store our temperature sensitive ingredients until the dinner starts.

 

At the moment we do not supply glassware, however we can help renting them for the evening, at an extra charge.

Can I have oysters and salmon for my dinner?

Chellamella focus on using local and regional ingredients, unfortunatelly oysters and salmon don’t fall in this category.

However we do have a great variety of local fish like tuna, wahoo, mahi.

What are the maximum number of guests?

Currently our maximum number of guests for an event is 15. If you are looking to host a dinner above that number please do get in touch with us and we will try our best to accomodate your enquiry.

How can I pay?

We usually accept payments via bank transfer.

In certain circumstances payments in cash can be discuss and arrage.
