Gaia is originally from Italy and lived in London for over 10 years.
During her time there, she worked for major companies, supporting directors and board members, before relocating to the Cayman Islands.

Jack was born and raised in the Cayman Islands.
He moved to London to gain experience in some of the city's most prestigious restaurants.

In 2017, Jack was awarded the title of Young Best Chef of the Year by Michelin.
